Meditation Class

Our centre’s sports and lifestyle coach Tom Ford is running weekly meditation classes every SUNDAY 6pm – 7pm UK time.

The aim for these classes is to create a sense of togetherness and community in a time where that seems difficult to find. An opportunity to connect with each other, but also more deeply with ourselves and whatever we’re currently experiencing. An opportunity to create some space and refuge from the noise that can be around us and within us.

He will share and lead some of the practices that have helped (and still help) to make a big difference in his life, as we are sure they can do in anyone else’s.

You are welcome to join any time. Just follow the link below around 5 or 10 minutes before 6pm on a Sunday.
