AGM Postpone

AGM Statement

Following on from conversations held with both The Charities Commission and Companies House over the 24th September 2020 and 25th September 2020 we regret to advise that under the current guidelines and restrictions put in place by HM Government during the last couple of weeks we are having to put back our AGM until the end of January 2021.

This decision has been made to ensure that all those who wish to attend the AGM can do so in safety and ensure that there are no health risks to themselves or others whilst we are in Level 4 of the Coronavirus pandemic. 

As you will all appreciate many of those the charity works on behalf of will not necessarily have access to the Internet due to age, disability or low income and would therefore would be unfairly excluded if the AGM were to shift to an entirely virtual event. 

We hope that those who expressed a desire to attend will appreciate that the health, safety and wellbeing of all is paramount.

We look forward to seeing you hopefully in the not-too-distant future.
