My experience of attending college as an adult

I attended Betteridge School many years ago, but since then I have done lots of courses in Cheltenham with Gloscat/Gloscol. My first courses English and Maths – the tutors were very nice. I also did some practical courses: pottery was the one I really enjoyed. I made a jug which I painted afterwards. I have also attended Look Good, Feel Good and an Easter Cookery School.

I would say that it has been really good to go to College. Tutors have always
been helpful and I have learnt many different things. At the moment I am
attending one of the IT Drop-In courses at HWNP Resource Centre – I have
learnt to use e-mail and the internet. I can now look for jobs and I like to
